 Having seen the way birdnest are processed by local processing installation, unhygienic, added chemicals and additives to beautify the nests and simplify the process. Alam Jaya Semesta made a commitment to process birdnest hygienically, with no chemicals and additives, so that customers will get the best value and nutrition out of the product itself. In order to do this we have food safety certifications which are: 

1. GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practice). 
2. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). This is to demonstrate to our customers as a proof of our commitment.

In addition to this: Alam Jaya semesta also implement tracebility system, where every birdnest origin is controlled and inspected by veterinary authorities and every birdnest supplied can be traced to its origin.
